Today, complainant has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that he is ready to deposit legally outstanding dues/extension fee with the OPs, to take the possession of plot in question. Shri Gurnam Singh, JE, Office of HSVP, Ambala appeared on behalf of OPs and has also suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that if the complainant deposit the outstanding amount and apply online to take the possession of the plot in question, then possession of plot will be given to the complainant, within 15 days from the date of apply. Said statement has duly been identified by the learned counsel for the OPs. Complainant has further suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that on the basis of statement given by the OPs and he withdraws the present complaint.
In view of the aforesaid statement suffered by the complainant and Shri Gurnam Singh, JE, Office of HSVP, Ambala for the OPs, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
