          It is admitted position that the petitioner did not repudiate the claim made against the policy No.144 of 2003.  In the absence of repudiation of said policy, the petitioner is liable to pay the amount to the respondent.  Repudiation of policy No.142 and 143 of 2003

cannot be taken to be a repudiation of policy No.144 of 2003 as the policies were for different premises under different Agreements.  Revision petition is dismissed.
