No step taken by the complainant today.  None appears on behalf of the complainant during the repeated calls.

The Ld. Advocate for the OP No.1 is present.  

On Scrutiny of the records, it appears that on 13 .09.2024 the complainant was   absent without steps.  Again, on 06.11.2024, the complainant was found absent and   none appears on behalf of the complainant.  Therefore, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default and date was on 22.11.2024.

Today, the complainant is also absent and no step is taken on his behalf.  Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint.

Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being no. 60/2024 be and the same is dismissed for default.
