Today Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that there is some technical flaws in framing the present complaint and I may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint with permission to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the defects. The original documents attached with the main file may be returned”. 

In view  of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and the complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the defects, if any, as per law. The original documents attached with the main file be returned to the complainant after returning the copy of the same against proper receipt. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
