2. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Shop no.D-2/9, First Floor, Model Town III, New Delhi, Delhi 110009 through its Managing Director.

3. Samsung Service Centre, Link Road, opposite Dayal Singh Colony Karnal, through its prop.

                                    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Present:-        Shri Ashwani Popli Advocate for complainant.

                      Opposite party no.1 exparte.

                      Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for opposite parties no.2 and 3.

                         

ORDER:

                          Learned counsel of opposite parties no.2 and 3 made a statement that matter has been settled between the parties amicably and  as per settlement company is ready to pay an amount of Rs.8500/- (in lieu of bill amount of Rs.9900/- to the  complainant as full and final settlement within 45 days.

                        Thereafter, learned counsel of complainant also made statement that in view of statement of learned counsel of opposite parties no.2 and 3, he is ready to receive the abovesaid amount and would deposit the original job sheet with the service centre of company. Hence he does not want to pursue with the present complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statements of the both the parties, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
