 Complaint is filed to get an order directing opposite party to pay arrears of rent along with interest and compensation to the complainant. After hearing the matter we are of the view that complaint is not maintainable before the Forum as the issues involved in this case are of civil nature. In the above circumstances the complaint is dismissed with liberty to file before the appropriate authority.
