ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to make the restrooms accessible to the passengers with good maintenance as per the policy issued by the Indian Railways, to provide proper security and lighting for the safety of all the passengers and to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- towards cost to the complainant.

Fresh notice to the opposite party through correct description not filed for a long time.   The complainant called absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
