          This consumer complaint coming up before us on 29.10.2021 for hearing. Due to non-representation of the complainant, this Commission made the following order:-

            No representation for complainant. Opposite parties present. Today this matter is posted for appearance of complainant and for filing written argument of both and for arguments. When this matter was called at 11.00 A.M., there was no representation for complainant and opposite party, hence the matter was passed over and again called at 01.00 Noon, the complainant was again not present. This matter is pending for a long time for the appearance of complainant. Since the complainant is not present, the complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
