Manoj Kumar Versus Tata AIG Gen. Ins. Co. Ltd.

                    Today Ld. Counsel for OPs made a statement that being settlement with the complainant, OPs are ready to make the payment of Rs.30,000/- as full and final payment within 45 days.  Complainant in person appeared before the forum and made a statement separately that he agree with the statement of Ld. Counsel for the OPs.  Keeping in view the contents of statement made by both the parties, we hereby direct the respondents to make full and final payment of Rs.30,000/- to the complainant within 45 days.  Hence present complaint is disposed of and both parties are bound to their statements.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
