                   Counsel for the applicant had deposited draft of Rs.11,000/- in favour of President, Distt. Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Chd., in compliance of the order dated 5.10.2009 passed by this Forum as modified by the Hon’ble State Commission vide order dated 8.3.2010 passed in Appeal No.635 of 2009. The cheque has been deposited in the bank account of the Forum. Notice be issued to the complainant to collect the proceeds of the cheque. The file be consigned.

                        Certified copies of the order free of cost be supplied to the parties.
