                   Sh. Kunal Juneja, Advocate for the opposite party No. 3.

                   Memo of appearance filed on behalf of Opposite Party no.3. Ld. counsel for the Opposite party No. 3 made a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties for Rs.17,500/-(Rupees seventeen thousand five hundred only) and the same will be paid to the complainant within 45 days, subject to product should not be physically damaged or liquefied. He further stated that the complainant should return the product alongwith all the accessories to the customer care on or before taking the payment.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the aforesaid statement and has no objection if the aforesaid matter is dispose off accordingly.

          In view of the statements made above by both parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled with direction to the opposite party no. 3 to pay the alleged amount of Rs.17,500/-( Rupees seventeen thousand five hundred only) to the complainant within 45 days, failing which opposite party no. 3 shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e. 09.11.2023 till its realization to the complainant. Complainant is directed to deposit his old handset alongwith all original accessories to the customer care, if any and the handset should not be physical damage and liquefied. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                        File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
