                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.10 p.m.  but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  Since the filing of this complaint on 21.01.2015 this complaint is hanging for notice to OP for want of copy of complaint etc.  Despite adjournments for a period of about one and half year, the complainant has failed to file the copy of complaint for notice to the OP.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint. Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
