None for opposite parties No. 1 & 2.

File taken up in the National Lok Adalat. On 28.8.2024 Sh. Tinku Sharma Assistant Manager, Franke Faber India Pvt. Ltd. Pune, opposite party No. 2 has suffered the statement that compromise has been effected with the complainant. As per compromise the opposite party No. 2 is ready to refund the purchase amount of gas stove/hob i.e. Rs. 31,900/- alongwith cost of Rs. 3,100/- total amounting to Rs. 35,000/- within seven days. I have received the account detail of the complainant today in the Court. Complainant may be directed to handover the gas stove/hob in question to the opposite party No. 2 at the time of above said payment. On the other hand, Sh. Anil Azad son of Sh. Parkash Chand resident of Barnala, complainant has also suffered the statement that I have heard the above said statement and same is admitted to be correct. I have furnished the bank account details to the opposite party No. 2 today in the Court. If opposite party No. 2 fails to pay the refund amount within seven days, then liberty may be given to the complainant for filing the execution application. The complainant is bound to handover the gas stove/hob to the opposite party No. 2 at the time of payment. In view of the statement made by the opposite party No. 2 the present complainant may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully

In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties are bound by their statements. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
