ORDER

This revision petition dates back to 2006 and challenges the order dated 20th July, 2005 of the Punjab State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (in short, ‘the State Commission’). The revision petition was filed after a delay of 90 days without any application for condonation of delay. It is also curious that a revision petition dating back to 2006 is being put up for admission hearing by the Registry in 2011, without even a word of clarification as to where this petition was lying for the last five years. The Registrar may look into this and submit a report by 24.3.2011.

The matter was called out once. Even on second call, no one is present on behalf of the petitioner. The revision petition is, therefore, dismissed on account of non-prosecution as well as unexplained delay.
