  3. Samsung India Electronic Private Limited, Regd. Office 6th floor, DLF Centre, Sansad Marg, New Delhi-110001 through its authorized person.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Ashwani Kumar, complainant in person.

                OP-2 exparte vide order dated 04.12.2023.

                   Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the OP-3.

                            

 

                   Today the case is fixed for compromise. Compromise effected.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the OP-3 has suffered his separate statement to effect that the OP-3 is ready to pay Rs.25,000/- in total within 45 days from the date of receipt of the order, subject to deposit of old unit/LED after receiving the payment.

                   On the other hand, complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP-3. He agrees to the statement given by the counsel for the OP-3, so he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

                 In view of the above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound their statements. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
