ORDER:
Sh.Mohit Sachdeva Advocate for OP No.2 and 3 has made a statement that fridge of the complainant has been repaired and the warranty for the said fridge has also been extended for three months starting from 1.4.2015. Thereafter the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint. Statements of both the parties has been recorded into writing.
Therefore, in view of the statements made by the parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
