                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.45 p.m.  but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  Written statement on behalf of Ops no. 2, 3 & 5 filed.

                    This complaint was filed by the complainant on 22.09.2011.  For the last more than one year the complainant has failed to file the reply to the application for substitution of the name of OP no. 2 moved on behalf of OP no. 4, despite several opportunities.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint. No further adjournment is justified for filing reply of the application.  This case has already become about 5 year old.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
