After making his submission, Mr. Nayar, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions of Mr. S.K. Singh, SDO, DHBVNL, submits that if in the reckoning of this Commission also there was some error in the statement made by Mr. S.K. Singh, SDO, the said officer regrets his lapse and is willing to tender an unqualified apology before the District Forum on 03.03.10 on which date he has been directed to appear by the District Forum. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and that there appeared some confusion in making the statement by the said officer and that the order passed by the District Forum has otherwise been complied with, we dispose of the present revision petition with the direction to ..2.. the petitioner to tender unqualified apology before the District Forum on the date fixed. In addition, we call upon the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,500/- in the account of ‘Consumer Legal Aid A/c’ of the State Commission. On doing so, the order passed by the State Commission will be deemed to have been satisfied. Dasti.
