          This complaint is coming up before us for hearing on   3-9-2014, in the presence of complainant and opposite party no.1 to 3, and on perusing the material papers on record, and having stood over for consideration till this day, the Forum passed the following:

          The opposite parties compromised and the complainant filed memo to this effect. Hence the case is closed.
