                   Mr. S.R. Bansal, learned counsel for the appellant has suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

2.                In pursuance of the statement made by Mr. S.R. Bansal, learned counsel for the appellants, the present appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the records after due compliance.  

3.                Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five thousand only) deposited at the time of filing of present appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt, identification and as per rules.
