The appeal taken up in National Lok Adalat.

Heard ld. Counsel for the appellant/insurance company Sri TJS Makkar. On behalf of the respondent/complainant Sri Atul Kumar is present.

As stated by Sri TJS Makkar, ld. counsel for the appellant/insurance company, a compromise has took place between the parties and accordingly the appellant/insurance company will pay a sum of Rs.1,25,000.00 in pursuance of the offer proposed by the respondent/complainant.

Accordingly, the instant appeal is finally disposed of with following direction.

The appellant will pay the entire amount to the respondent/complainant as compromised between the parties within a period of 30 days from today.

Accordingly, the amount deposited before the ld. District Consumer Commission concerned will be refunded to the appellant within a period of 30 days from production of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.

Interim order, if any, is automatically vacated.
