Case called out. Complainant is present in person. Opposite party no.2 and 3 are present through Counsel. The complainant has filed an application for dismissal of the present complaint on the ground that, he has entered into compromise with opposite parties and therefore, he does not want to prosecute the present complaint. The Learned Counsel for the opposite party no.2 & 3 has endorsed his no objection on this application. Since, the complainant does not want to prosecute this complaint therefore, there is no justification for further proceedings in this case. This application is allowed. The present complaint is dismissed. Both the parties shall bear their own costs. Let record be consigned.
