ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 09.07.2024, Sh.Ravinder Pal Singh, Counsel for Complainants has stated that in view of the order dated 27.02.2023 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh in IA No.529/2023 and CP(IB) No.248/Chd/Chd/2019 titled as ‘Kone Elevator India Pvt. Ltd. vs. Chandigarh Overseas Private Limited’, the Company-Chandigarh Overseas Private Limited has went into insolvency. It has been further stated by counsel for complainants that complainants have already filed their claim before the Interim Resolution Professional, hence, at this stage, he may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh one if claim of the complainants is not satisfied before the competent authority and prayed that it be disposed of in Upbhokta Lok Adalat. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file fresh one if claim of the complainants is not satisfied before the competent authority, as permissible under the law.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
