By filing this complaint, it is alleged that in the present complaint, the issues raised need detailed evidence and further-more, to the show cause notice issued on 14.09.2016 claiming amount due, reply was filed on 20.09.2016. Not even a breathing time has been given to the Opposite Parties to take decision on the said reply filed. It is pre-mature.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed being pre-mature.
