ORDER

     The applicant/OP No.1 has filed a miscellaneous application for revival of case adjourned sine die because an order has been passed by the Hon’ble National Commission on 10.11.2005. Instead of filing reply, the complainant has made an application that he is not interested in any interest on the deposited money as he is not a member of the society. Heard. In view of the reasons explained in the application, the complaint case No.700 of 2003 is ordered to be restored. The miscellaneous application stands disposed of and be tagged with the main complaint case.
