ORDER

     Notice sent to complainant through registered post on 21.06.2016 has not been received back served or unserved. Since a period of more than one month has elapsed, therefore, complainant is presumed to have been served. None has appeared on behalf of complainant.

     In view of the order of the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission dated 10.11.2005 passed in Revision Petitions No.625/2004 to 627/2004, complainant has left with no cause of action to pursue this complaint. Hence, the same is dismissed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
