ORDER

     Counsel for complainant states that complaint be disposed of in view of the order passed by the Hon’ble National Commission dated 10.11.2005.

     In view of the order of the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission dated 10.11.2005 passed in Revision Petitions No.625/2004 to 627/2004, complainant has left with no cause of action to pursue this complaint. Hence, the same is dismissed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
