ORDER

     Notice issued to the complainant received back with the report that no such person was residing in the said house.

     In view of the order of the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission dated 10.11.2005 passed in Revision Petitions No.625/2004 to 627/2004, complainant has left with no cause of action to pursue this complaint. Hence, the same is dismissed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
