ORDER

     The applicant/OP No.1 has filed a miscellaneous application for revival of case adjourned sine die because an order has been passed by the Hon’ble National Commission on 10.11.2005. The complainant in person has appeared and he states that he does not want to file any reply to this application. In view of the reasons explained in the application, the complaint case No.698 of 2003 is ordered to be restored. The miscellaneous application stands disposed of and be tagged with the main complaint case.
