     In view of the statement of Sh.Arvind Sehdev, Counsel for Complainant, recorded today on the order sheet/zimni order dated 28.02.2017, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the complainant to file afresh on the same cause of action before the appropriate Commission/Authority having pecuniary jurisdiction in the matter.
