It appears that against the reply dated 01.08.2016 (at page No.20) the position qua refund made to the complainant has been explained. Before coming to this Commission, other remedies like filing of revision or appeal etc. has not been exhausted.

                   In view of above, this complaint stands disposed of with liberty to the complainant to avail any other remedy. If he is not satisfied and the case is made out, then to file the complaint. 

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
