ORDER

     OP No.1 has filed an application for restoration of the complaint. Notice of the same was sent to the complainant through registered post, but the complainant has not turned up.

     Since the original complaint was adjourned sine die vide order dated 08.06.2004 as the similar matter was pending before the Hon’ble National Commission and now since the revision petition has been decided by the Hon’ble National Commission, so the complaint is restored at its original number. This miscellaneous application stands disposed of and be tagged with the main complaint case file.
