ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, counsel for complainant has stated that he may be permitted to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh before the appropriate court. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh before the appropriate court, as permissible under the law.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
