ORDER

                   Sh. Dishant Rishi, counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the first page of the complaint that in view of the judgment Ambrish Kumar Shukla (NC) he withdraws this complaint with liberty to file it fresh on the same cause of action, having pecuniary jurisdiction, before the Hon’ble State Commission.

                   In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, having pecuniary jurisdiction, as per law.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
