                        Today the case was fixed for remaining compliance as full and final payment. Counsel for the OPs has made a separate statement in which he states that he tendered two demand drafts of Rs.3,00,000/- vide bearing No.510964/- dated 28.01.2016 and IInd demand drafts of Rs.5,00,000/- vide bearing No.602172/- dated 25.02.2016  in compliance of order under execution application and order under execution application has been fully complied with.

                        Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received two demand drafts of Rs.3,00,000/- & Rs.5,00,000/- vide bearing No.510964 & 602172 dated 28.01.2016 & 25.02.2016 in full and final payment in compliance of order under execution application and order under execution has been fully complied with. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
