COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:             Mr.Anil Kumar Mehta, Adv., for the complainant.

                        Mr.Amit Sharma, Adv., for the Ops alongwith Mr.Anil Sharma, Manager, authorized representative.

                        OP No.4 already given up.

 

                       

Today the case was fixed for filing evidence of Ops No.1 to 3. At this stage, Mr.Anil Sharma, Manager, authorized representative for the Ops alongiwth his counsel has made a separate statement in which he states that Ops are ready to pay the principal amount of Rs.14,50,000/- (fourteen lakh fifty thousand only) to the complainant without any interest in eight installments as full and final settlement between the parties. 1st installment will be paid on 28.10.2015 and rest of the installments will be paid on 28th of every month.

Counsel for the complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he is ready to settle the matter as per the statement made by the Ops. Now, he wants to withdraw his present complaint.

 Heard. In view of the statements, it is made clear that matter has been compromised between the parties. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
