ORDER

Sh. Manu Kakkar, Govt. Pleader for the judgment debtors has submitted that the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India already stayed the proceedings of this execution application vide order dated 21.10.2019 passed in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.35102/2019. Even this Commission has already ordered in this regard on 23.10.2019 in MA/807/2019 filed by the judgment debtors to stay the proceedings, which is tagged with this execution application. Copy of the said order already placed on record in the said application. Sh. Manu Kakkar, Govt. Pleader for the judgment debtors has further submitted that copy of the said application has already been supplied to the Counsel opposite.

                   In view of order dated 21.10.2019 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.35102/2019,

this execution application is adjourned sine die. However, both the parties shall be entitled to get it revived in accordance with the final order to be passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, after giving advance notice of 10 days to the parties.

                   Certified copies of this order be given dasti to the parties/their Counsel free of charge.
