ORDER

Mr.SK. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner LIC under instructions submits that entire payment due to the respondent including Double Accident Benefit and the cost of the proceedings have already been paid to the respondent Smt. Chander Kala Sharma. Shri Om Prakash, husband and authorized representative of the respondent confirms this position. In the circumstances, revision petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
