ORDER

Complaint is allowed. The O.P. is directed to pay the complainant Rs.12,200/- together with interest from 01.04.2003 till today at the rate of 6% p.a. amouting to Rs.1320/-. If the O.P. fails to pay the above said amounts, within two months from the date of this order, he shall be liable to pay interest at 9% p.a. on Rs13520/- from the end of second month from today till the date of payment. The O.P. is liable to pay cost of Rs.3000/- to the complainant within two months. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.P. by RPAD and to the complainant under COP.
