Both parties are absent today after swear time case is called out today appear on behalf of the party. On perusal of the record it appear that case is going for evidence of the complainant as Ex party the complainant did not produce any type of evidence orally or documentary the state mint of the complainant is absence of the evidence it is difficult to decide the truthiness of statement of the complainant for in tersest of instance in this regard several time her been given the direction for taking proper step or producing the evidence but the complainant did not complainant the direction of this forum and he case left his case from as a long time to till today the said fact it is clear that the complainant has no interest in this case and he leafing case hence this case is hereby dismissed in default of the complainant.
