In view of the settlement arrived at out of Court, Mr. Barun Prasad, the Ld. Advocate states on instruction that appeal may be disposed of.  The Appellant pays the decretal amount awarded by the Forum to the Complainant - Respondent by Bankers Cheque No. 448201 dated 13.12.2008 on State Bank of India, CIT Road Branch for Rs. 4,300/- and Tataindicom Mobile Set is returned by the Complainant - Respondent to the Ld. Advocate of the Appellant along with SIM Card.  Therefore, the appeal is disposed of on settlement.
