17.07.2014 – The case is posted to today for filling of written version by the Opposite parties. Learned counsel for the complainant is present today and files a memo stating therein that his claim has been settled out of the Forum. In this respect he has alos filed a memo of settlement made with the Opposite parties and prays for withdrawal of the case. We peruse the memo of settlement and on the strength of the memo filed by the advocate of the complainant, we drop the instant consumer as withdrawn with full satisfaction.
