Present : Sh.Ravi Kumar, complainant alongwith his counsel Sh.Rajesh Bhandari,Adv.

 

File is taken up today on the application filed by the counsel for the complainant. Sh.Lakhwinder Singh, Manager, Chand Auto appeared on behalf of the opposite party No.1 and got recorded his statement that complainant Ravi Kumar purchased one three wheeler from the opposite party No.1 as per detail in the complaint. He has brought the original registration certificate of the said vehicle bearing No.PB-02-CR-6717 in the name of Ravi Kumar complainant and handed over the same to Ravi Kumar today in the Forum. He has also brought the permit to run three wheeler today in the Forum and same is also handed over to Sh.Ravi Kumar today in the Forum. Route for running the said three wheeler was applied for whole Punjab by the complainant but same was allotted to run for MC unit Majitha only. He on behalf of the opposite party No.1 undertook to rectify the same for the whole Punjab when the Government will open the permits on the very first date which are at present are lying closed. Opposite party No.1 introduced the complainant to the opposite parties No.2 & 3. Sh.Gulshan Kumar, Manager of Baba Deep Singh Fiannce Company, opposite party No.2 also got recorded his statement that opposite party No.2 is franchise of opposite party No.3. The complainant got financed one three wheeler in question from the opposite party No.3 through opposite party No.2. Opposite party No.2 is receiving installments on behalf of opposite party No.3 against receipts issued by them. They have received 8 blank signed cheques as security from the complainant as detailed in the complaint. In view of the above statements, Sh.Ravi Kumar, complainant got recorded his statement that he has received the original RC and route permit today in the Forum and heard the statements of the opposite parties in the Forum. He further stated that he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and he withdrew the present complaint. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
