Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant as well as ops.

When this matter is taken up for consideration at 11:45 am neither the complainant nor the ops is found present.

On call nobody appears.

No show cause has been filed either by the complainant or by the ops.

The conduct of the parties are clearly reflecting that the parties are not interested to proceed with this case.

In view of such position this District Commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case for non prosecution.

In the result it is accordingly

ordered

that this complaint case being no. 152 of 2023 be and the same is dismissed on contest.
