Complaint is allowed. The Co-operative Society is directed to refund the share amount of the complainant that is Rs.250/- with bonus or accumalated interest, if any, in the MDCC Bank on such deposit within period of 3 months. Looking to facts and circumstances, there is no order as to costs. Send copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties and also one copy to the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Society, Mysore for ensuring the payment as per this order under certificate of posting.
