Respondent states that he will represent his case on his own and he does not want any assistance of any lawyer. A joint application for settlement has been filed on behalf of the parties. Counsel for petitioner states that petitioner is ready to offer an alternative plot in lieu of plot No.19, Tagore Nagar, Residential Scheme, Pali, Rajasthan, which was allotted to the respondent. Respondent is willing to accept the said offer and accordingly, both the parties have filed an application for settlement. As per application for settlement, petitioner is ready to allot plot No.35A, Tagore Nagar, Residential Scheme, Pali, Rajasthan. The possession of the plot may be given, within one month’s time. Further, counsel for petitioner states that petitioner is ready to pay lump sum compensation amounting to Rs.5,000/- and respondent states that he is willing to accept the lump sum compensation of amount of Rs.5,000/-. It is also stated by the respondent that he has settled the matter with the petitioner without any coercion or duress. In view of the settlement made between the parties, revision petition stands disposed of. Parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement. No order as to costs. |
