Learned counsel Sh. Vikrant Gambhir for the appellant as well as learned counsel Sh. Vaibhav Jain for respondent has appeared.  Sh. Rakesh Mishra, Branch Manager, Fullerton India Credit Co. Ltd. has also appeared.

A compromise (paper Nos. 97 & 98) has already been filed on record, which is duly accepted by both the parties and also duly verified.

As the matter has been compromised between the parties, therefore, the appeal is decided in terms of compromise accordingly.

A compromise shall form part of the decree. No order as to costs.

Statutory amount deposited by the appellant be released in favour of the appellant.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order alongwith original file be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal/necessary action and for keeping it in record of the original case.
