Neither the complainant nor her Advocate is present on 2 nd call. On scrutiny of the
record, it appears to us that the complainant is absent in the Forum since
23.08.2016. Therefore, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested to
proceed the case any further. Thus, the instant consumer case is liable to be
dismissed. Hence,

Ordered

That the consumer case be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution.
