HON’BLE JUSTICE SRI. K. SURENDRA MOHAN: PRESIDENT

No representation for the appellant.  The 1^st respondent represented through counsel.  It is submitted that the 1^st respondent had approached the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala by filing WP(C) No. 30766 of 2016 which has been finally disposed of as per judgment dated 01.12.2023 granting necessary reliefs.  In view of the above, it is submitted that this appeal has become infructuous.  The above aspects have been noted by us in the proceedings on 25.01.2024. The counsel for the appellant had then sought for time and we had granted time. Today there is no representation for the appellant, obviously for the reason that this appeal has become infructuous.  In view of the above, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
