The complainants are present in person. We have heard complainant no. 2, Chekuri Chaitanya Krishna Chowdary, who is also the son of complainant no. 1, Chekuri Sree Devi. They state that they have claimed compensation amounting to Rs. 1.2 crore, because they were told that they would get legal aid only in the National Commission. After we have heard complainant no. 2, both the complainants state that they would like to approach the concerned District Forum for ventilation of their grievance and claiming such an amount as is within the jurisdiction of the said District Forum. They are seeking to withdraw the complaint with the liberty to approach the concerned District Forum. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed with liberty to the complainants to approach the concerned District Forum within three months from today. One copy of this order be given astito the complainants. On filing the complaint before the District Forum, the complainant shall also be entitled to request the said forum to provide legal aid to them at the state expense.
